Register Your Troop for the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo Fundraising Program

On behalf of JACE Group Events, thank you for your interest in the Scouting Fundraising Program offered in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo on September 12 & 13, 2026.

This fundraising program is independently created and administered by JACE Group Events. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Scouting America, Girl Scouts of the USA, any scouting council, or any individual troop.

There is no cost, no obligation, and no minimum sales requirement to participate. Your troop will never need to collect money, distribute tickets, or handle customer payments.

Within 48 hours of submitting this form, you’ll receive an email containing your troop’s custom fundraising link along with everything you need to get started.

Every ticket purchased through your troop’s unique fundraising link is automatically tracked and credited to your troop. Supporters purchase their tickets securely online, making the entire fundraising process simple for both your troop and your supporters.

If payment is to be made to an individual instead of the troop, that individual must be authorized to accept funds on the troop’s behalf and may be required to provide documentation confirming that authorization before payment is issued.

Fundraising Program Agreement

By selecting “I DO” and registering your troop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • I understand that this fundraising program is independently created, funded, and administered by JACE Group Events and the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or conducted in partnership with Scouting America, Girl Scouts of the USA, any scouting council, or any individual troop.
  • Participation in this fundraising program is completely voluntary. There is no cost, no purchase requirement, no minimum sales requirement, and no financial obligation for my troop. My troop may participate as much or as little as it chooses and may discontinue participation at any time.
  • Within approximately 48 hours of submitting this registration, I will receive an email containing my troop’s custom fundraising link and simple instructions for participating. The setup process takes only a few minutes, and supporters will use this link to purchase tickets online.
  • I understand that all fundraising ticket sales must be completed online through my troop’s official fundraising link. My troop, its Scouts, and its leaders will never collect, hold, process, or be responsible for customer payments. All transactions are securely processed through Eventbrite.
  • I understand that fundraising credit is based solely on the information entered by the purchaser during checkout, including the Scout’s name and troop information. It is my responsibility to ensure that Scouts instruct their supporters to enter this information accurately. Due to the large number of participating Scouts and transactions, JACE Group Events cannot guarantee fundraising credit for sales containing missing, incomplete, or incorrect Scout or troop information, and completed transactions cannot be manually reassigned.
  • I understand that this is the first year JACE Group Events has offered this fundraising program. If participation is successful, our goal is to provide an enhanced fundraising system in future years that allows individual Scouts to create their own accounts, receive their own personalized fundraising links, and monitor their own ticket sales in real time. Regardless of how sales are tracked, all fundraising proceeds will continue to be paid directly to the participating troop for the benefit of its Scouts.
  • I understand that fundraising proceeds earned by my troop will be calculated after the event and issued by check to the payee listed on this registration within approximately 10 business days following the event.
  • I certify that the information provided on this registration is accurate and that I am authorized to register my troop for participation in this voluntary fundraising program.
