1. MEGA Title Sponsor (Exclusive) – $6,000
“Presented by” branding on all print/digital materials. Logo on wristbands, banners, and digital/printed floorplans. Featured banner at entrance (7’x7’). Dedicated sponsor video or carousel post on all PMRE socials. Logo on website and tickets. 10 VIP Tickets + 25 GA Passes. First right of refusal for future expos.
2. Gold Sponsor – $2,800
Logo on website. 7’x7′ sponsor banner and welcome signage. Social media sponsor shoutout post. 6 VIP Tickets + 15 GA Passes.
3. Photo Booth Sponsor – $750
Branded backdrop for photo ops with exotic animals. Sponsor signage in photo area. PMRE-tagged social media exposure for photo content. Logo on website. 3 VIP Tickets + 10 GA Passes.
4. Ticket Sponsor (Non-Vendor) – $2,100
Logo on Eventbrite tickets & confirmation emails. Logo on website and signage. 2 VIP Tickets + 10 GA Passes.
5. Breakfast Sponsor – $1,200
Branding of vendor breakfast lounge (serving 200+ vendors/day). Coffee included both days. Logo on vendor signage. Flyers provided to all attendees at entry. May place materials in vendor bags.
6. Social Media Sponsor – $1,025
2 dedicated shoutouts (July–Sept). Tagging in countdown stories, reels, and select posts. Logo on website and entrance social signage.
7. Supporter Sponsorship – $100
Name/logo on sponsor banner at event entrance. Listed on website sponsor page.
8. Tabletop Banner Placement (Non-Vendor) – $200
Placement of banner in visible area for brand exposure.
9. Lanyard Branding (Sponsor Provides) – $775
Your logo on attendee lanyards. Sponsor must provide printed lanyards.
10. 7’x7′ Hanging Sponsor Banner (Promoter Provides) – $475
Your logo will go on a 7’x7′ banner hung from the ceiling of the convention center during the show.
