Insert up to 500 branded items, flyers, or samples into VIP bags. Logo listed on website as a Supporting Sponsor. Includes 10×10 booth.
5. Photo Backdrop Sponsor (10 Available) – $750 (Includes 10’x10′ Booth)
Branded 7’x7′ photo backdrop at one of 10 designated photo stations across the venue. Includes booth placement nearby. Each additional backdrop is $400 and does not include a booth.
6. Chill Zone Sponsor (Includes 10’x10′ Booth) – $875
Branding inside the 750 sq ft lounge area including signage, games, and TV. Includes shared table for marketing materials and 10×10 booth space.
7. Hanging Banner Sponsor (Includes 10’x10′ Booth) – $700
Includes a custom 7’x7′ hanging banner installed over a high-traffic show area. Sponsor keeps the banner after the event.
